Simple Lemon Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS
½ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon NOMU Sea Salt
4 tbsp NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil
NOMU Black Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except the NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil until everything has dissolved.

Slowly add the NOMU Extra Virgin Olive Oil, whisking constantly until well blended.

The vinaigrette can last up to 3 days when refrigerated in an airtight container.
