Hot chocolate doesn't only have to be enjoyed in the winter months - keep a stash of these in the freezer when the warm weather hits for a cold, delicious treat. These can be made in advance and kept in the freezer for up to a month.
Place the Hot Chocolate powder into a jug. Add the sugar (if using) and the hot water and stir until smooth. Top up with cold milk or water, stir well and carefully pour into your lolly moulds before placing them in the freezer until frozen. Enjoy on a hot summer’s day.
