Chocolate Protein Date Balls

INGREDIENTS
180g dates or 10 medjool dates
80g whole almonds
70g almond butter
2 scoops SWEETLY Chocolate Protein Shake powder
30g NOMU cocoa powder
1 pinch NOMU sea salt
25g desiccated coconut, for rolling
DIRECTIONS

Soak the dates in warm water for 15 minutes then discard the excess liquid.

Meanwhile, place the almonds into a food processor and blitz until finely chopped.

Add the soaked dates, almond butter, Sweetly Chocolate Protein Shake powder, cocoa powder and sea salt to the food processor and blitz until you reach a dough like mixture.

Portion out 15 scoops of 25g each and roll into balls. Coat with desiccated coconut.

Pack into an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
