After many of you asked to pop into the factory to collect and pay for orders, or have access to our full range of products, we're proud to introduce the NOMU Factory Shop! Featuring fantastic prices across our full range of products, specialised gift packing, and amazing specials year round, we're your one-stop shop for beautiful and delicious foodie treats.
STEP 1: SELECT YOUR PRODUCTS FROM THE PRICE LIST
Download our Factory Shop price list. Click HERE for general products and HERE for gifting. The price lists include our full range of products at special Factory Shop prices.
STEP 2: SEND YOUR ORDER TO US VIA EMAIL, OR TELEPHONICALLY
Email us what you would like to purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include ‘FACTORY SHOP’ in the subject line of your email.
Alternatively you can place an order over the phone - just call us on (021) 386 2000.
STEP 3: PAYMENT
Choose from a number of payment methods. Please let us know your preferred method of payment when placing your order. Your first option is to pay via online EFT. Once we have recieved proof of payment we will notify you when your order will be ready for collection*.
You can also make your payment when you collect your order, between 10:00am – 14:00pm. When choosing this option, you will be able to pay via credit or debit card, or using Snapscan. For more information about Snapscan and how to use it, please visit their website here. NO CASH PAYMENTS will be accepted.
STEP 4: PICK-UP
Once you have been notified that your order is ready, you can visit our factory between 10:00am – 14:00pm from Monday to Friday to collect. NOMU is based in Cape Town Airport City Industrial Park – for directions, please click here.

CAN I DO MY SHOPPING AT THE NOMU FACTORY SHOP?
Unfortunately we are not set up for on-site browsing and shopping. We are a fully operating factory, meaning that the NOMU Factory Shop works on an "Order-and-Collect" basis only.
WHAT ABOUT CATERING ITEMS AND VOLUMES?
We can help! As with all orders, turnaround time is dependant on availability and the volume of your order. Please note that catering sizes and large volumes may take some time to pack. We will communicate a projected turnaround time when you place your order.
CAN I ORDER NON-STANDARD ITEMS?
Perhaps you may want carefully wrapped gift hampers which we may not have available or in-stock immediately - that's not a problem! This simply means that your order may take an extra day or two. Please plan for this as we may not be able to help in an emergency. We will do our very best to pick and pack your order as quickly as possible, but as with all orders, turnaround time is dependent on availability and the volume of your order. We will communicate a projected turnaround time when you place your order.
HOW CAN I PAY?
The NOMU Factory Shop will use a No-Cash System. Payment can be made either by EFT when you place your order, or by Credit Card or SnapScan when you collect your order.
CAN I RETURN STOCK?
Unfortunately not. The Factory shop has a no-returns policy – sorry!
CAN I BUY GIFT VOUCHERS?
Yes, please email email@example.com to arrange this or make an enquiry at the shop itself. We will mail vouchers to the gift recipient or issue them to you from the shop.
WHAT IF SOMETHING I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
Unfortunately if you ordering a non-standard item such as a special gift hamper or are ordering large volumes, we may not have the stock on hand. As always though, we will do our best to accommodate you in as quick a time as possible.
