Whole Baked Apples
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Combine the sultanas, hazelnuts, NoMU Sweet Rub, Vanilla Paste, honey, butter and orange juice in a medium bowl.
Place the cored apples into an ovenproof dish and spoon the sultana mixture into the centre of the apples to fill.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 35-45 minutes or until the apples are tender when tested with a skewer and beautifully golden.
Remove from the oven and place an apple onto each serving plate.
Spoon the cooking liquid from the ovenproof dish over the apples and serve immediately with double cream.
