Stir baguettes
Take 3 tbsp of Stir and hydrate with 6 tbsp of hot water. Add to the softened butter and mix until well combined.
Without cutting all the way through, slice the baguette into 1 – 1 ½ cm intervals. Spread generous amounts of Stir butter between each slice.
Wrap the baguette really well in tinfoil and place on the grill over slightly cooler coals.
Keep turning until the butter has melted and the bread has become quite crispy. This takes about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
Serves no more than 8. I suggest you make extra!
