Spanish sardines
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, Spanish Rub, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour over the sardines and rub well to ensure that they are well coated inside and out.
Leave to marinate, refrigerated, for an hour.
In a very hot pan, griddle or bbq, cook the sardines over high heat for approximately 3 minutes on either side.
Add a generous squeeze of lemon and serve immediately.
