Sausage and Potato Bake

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

 

Leaving the skin on, slice the potatoes in half lengthwise and place in an ovenproof baking dish. Add peeled and quartered shallots as well as the garlic cloves which have been lightly smashed with the flat of a knife. Generously drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and toss well to coat. Sprinkle the NoMU One for All over the vegetables, season with salt and mix through thoroughly. Place the dish in the oven for 20 minutes.

 

Add the herbs and the sausage pieces and return the dish to the oven for another 20 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through and browned. The shallots and potatoes should also be golden and caramelized. Serve hot with freshly baked bread.
