  • 1 tot Bombay Sapphire Gin
    1 tot triple sec
    1 tot passion fruit cordial
    pulp of 1 ripe granadilla
    1 tbsp chopped mint.
    6 cubes of ice
    1 cocktail shaker
    1 tsp NoMU Sweet Rub (optional)

Passion Cooler


In a cocktail shaker add your gin, triple sec, passion fruit cordial, granadilla pulp, mint and 6 cubes of ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a cocktail glass. Serve it with a sprig of mint. Refreshing and delicious!

Makes 1 cocktail.

TIP: To make it slightly lighter and so that you don’t fall over after one drink, you can add soda water. This also creates a nice fizz. If you have a sweet tooth, you can add lemonade instead.
