Oven roasted vine ripened tomatoes

Slice the tomatoes in half and place cut side up on a baking tray.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with One for All or the rub of your

choice.

Season well and bake in a pre-heated oven (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.

  • vine-ripened tomatoes (at least 1 per person)
  • a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp NoMU One for All Grinder
  • Or NoMU Veggie Rub
  • or NoMU Provencal Rub
  • NoMU just salt
  • NoMU just pepper
