  • ¼cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Zest of one orange
  • 3 whole cloves of garlic crushed with the back of a knife
  • 1 small chilli (optional)
  • 1 tbsp NoMU Veggie Rub
  • 250 ml large black olives

Marinated olives


In a small pan, fry the orange zest, garlic, chilli and Veggie Rub for a minute or two. Pour over the olives and leave to marinate before serving.

TIP: These can be stored in a sterilzed jar as the flavours will develop more each day!
