Scoop the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl mash lightly with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir gently.
Season with salt and pepper and a few pinches of NoMU Mexican Rub or some finely diced chilli for some extra kick.
It is better to make Guacamole just before serving to maintain its freshness and be sure to add lots of lime to prevent colouring.
TIP: Packed with healthy fats, guacamole also makes the perfect dip with nachos or toasted pitas.
