  • 1 pineapple, unpeeled & quartered
  • 1 mango, unpeeled and sliced into cheeks
  • 3 nectarines or peaches, halved & pitted
  • NoMU Sweet Rub
  • 4 tbsp rum
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

Grilled fruit

Use any fruit that is in season. Very easy to prepare and very refreshing after a hot barbie!

To make the glaze, simply combine the rum and maple syrup and stir well.

Sprinkle some Sweet Rub over the fruit. Grill the fruit over medium coals until nicely charred. Remove from the heat and drizzle with the glaze.

Scrumptious on its own or served with home-made vanilla ice cream! (See recipe mailer # 2)
