Egyptian dukkah, ricotta & fig bruschetta

Preheat the grill in your oven.

Place the sliced ciabatta on a baking tray and lightly toast on both sides.

Spread the bruschetta with some ricotta, sprinkle over some dukkah and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Grill for just a few minutes to warm the ricotta through and lightly roast the dukkah. Top with beautiful fresh figs and serve immediately. Makes 9 slices.

  • 3 tbsp NoMU Egyptian Dukkah
  • 9 slices of ciabatta
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 200 g fresh ricotta cheese
  • 9 purple Mediterranean figs,
  • sliced in half
