Char-grill the bread on both sides, rub lightly with a clove of garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion until translucent.
Add NoMU Spanish Rub and chorizo and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the butter beans and fry until everything is well coated and the butter beans are heated through.
Toss in the parsley leaves and stir through.
Pile generously onto each slice of char-grilled bread and serve while hot.
