  • 250g butter
  • 400g icing sugar
  • 5 Tablespoons NoMU Cocoa
  • 1 Tablespoon milk

Chocolate Icing

Perfect to spread over vanilla or chocolate cakes.

Cream the butter for 5 minutes until very pale and fluffy. Sift in the icing sugar and NoMU Cocoa and beat to incorporate. Add a tablespoon of milk and beat again until smooth and creamy. Spread over cooled chocolate or vanilla cake or cupcakes.

Makes enough for 1 cake or 12 cupcakes.
