- 250g unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp NoMU Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups plain flour, sifted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150g NoMU Hot Chocolate Chunks

Preheat the oven to 160ºC.
Beat the butter and sugar until pale and creamy. Add the vanilla and beat in the eggs one at a time.
Add the flour, baking powder and chocolate chunks and mix well.
Place rounded tablespoons of the mixture onto baking trays lined with non-stick baking paper, allowing room for the biscuits to spread.
Bake for 20 – 25 minutes until golden brown.
Cool on wire racks.
