  • 60 g NoMU Sweet Rub
  • 100 g chopped & toasted walnuts
  • 100 g chopped & toasted pistachios
  • 100 g chopped & toasted hazelnuts
  • 250 ml melted unsalted butter
  • for the syrup
  • 125 g caster sugar
  • Enough water to cover the sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp NoMU Vanilla Paste
  • (You will need a 20 cm x 20 cm baking
  • tin that can hold 3 layers of baklava)
