  • Dressing:
  • 1 tablespoon French mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon NoMU One for All
  • 60ml cider vinegar
  • 90ml tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 90ml olive oil
  • NoMU Sea Salt and
  • NoMU Black Pepper, to taste

  • Salad:
  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 2 discs feta cheese, crumbled
  • cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50g walnuts, lightly toasted and chopped

Avocado and Walnut Salad with Honey and Mustard Vinaigrette


Place the honey, mustard, garlic, cider vinegar and the NoMU One for All into a blender or food processor and mix together. Pour the oils slowly through the funnel with the motor still running.

To make the salad - place all the salad ingredients in a bowl and toss gently with the dressing.

Trendy viognier hs spawned a wave of white blends, many of which would complement this chicken dosh to a T. My choice? Joostenberg Chnin Blanc Viognier which has notes of quince and a satisfying full mouth feel.
