  • 500g fresh angel hair pasta
  • 500ml fresh cream
  • 125g salted butter
  • A pinch of NoMU Sea Salt
  • 15ml NoMU Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp NoMU Vanilla Paste
  • 20ml black caviar (optional)

 

 

Angel Hair Pasta With a Creamy Vanilla Sauce

Something for a special occasion.

Cook off the cream and vanilla paste on moderate heat until it has thickened and reduced by half. Add the pinch of salt. Melt the butter in a separate saucepan and add the black pepper (if using bought pasta, follow the cooking instructions).

Cook the pasta for 2 minutes in boiling water until al dente. Dish the pasta into the saucepan with the creamy sauce and stir until the pasta is completely coated. Elegantly twist the pasta using a fork and place into individual bowls and carefully remove the fork.

Pour over the melted butter and serve with a little caviar (optional).
