One-for-All Rub

Perhaps Tracy’s all-time favourite and easily her most used RUB, this herb and spice blend will add delicious all-round aromatic flavour to all your savoury dishes. Simply rub into your choice of meat, chicken or fish together with a splash of your favourite oil. This blend is also perfect sprinkled oven roasted vegetables or rustic potato wedges. For the easiest, yummy, instant marinade, just stir this into olive oil and for added richness, stir into soups, stews or sauces.

How To

tracy's tips

  • For delicious oven-roasted vegetables, cut your favourite veggies to equal sizes and place in a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle generously with One-For-All. Toss well to coat and roast at 180°C for 45 minutes or until nicely browned and caramelised.
  • To roast beef, rub with 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard (optional), drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle generously with NoMU One-For-All and rub all the flavour into the meat before roasting at 180°C. To calculate cooking time, allow 12 minutes per 450g for medium-rare, 15 minutes per 450g for medium.
  • Stir 2 tbsp of Roast Rub into 125g softened butter. Gently lift the skin of your chicken and rub the flavoured butter over the breasts and drumsticks. Roast as usual so that all the heavenly aroma penetrates the chicken and the butter will keep it wonderfully moist.
