how to use NoMU Fonds
A concentrated guide to using NoMU Fonds!
- Before you begin, remove the cap of your Fond and peel off the tamperproof seal.
- Alternatively, as it really is VERY tamperproof, you may need to take a sharp knife and simply cut a hole in the top before replacing the black cap.
- Shake before use.
- As NoMU Fonds are good enough to drink, you can simply add a teaspoon to a mug of hot water, stir and enjoy. Perfect for a cold Winter's Day or for a quick meal on the go.
- To make a litre of diluted stock, add 30ml (2 tablespoons) to hot water and stir. It is now ready to add to your soup, stew, risotto, cous-cous, paella or potato bake before or during cooking.
- As NoMU stocks are liquid, there is no need to dissolve before use. Simply add directly to your dish
during cooking to add richness and flavour to your sauce, soup, gravy or casserole.
