How To

tracy's tips

  • Grind over potato wedges, drizzle with olive oil, season with Just Salt and roast in a hot oven until browned and crispy.
  • Grind onto strips of chicken breast with a few glugs of oil to griddle until just cooked.  Sprinkle over a salad or sandwhich between 2 layers of fresh ciabatta.  Forget the diet and add a dollop of lemony home-made mayonnaise. Yum!
  • Add to any marinade, glaze or basting sauce  for added kick and complexity before roasting, grilling or bbq-ing.
  • Grind over fresh haloumi cheese to panfry until crsip and brown on the outside and irresistibly soft and gooey on the inside.  Serve immediately with toasted pita bread.
